Mohamed: Barka Aisha.

Aisha: Ina gajiya Malam Mohamed?

Mohamed: Babu gajiya Aisha. Kin ji sabon albishir?

Aisha: A’a, albishir a ina?

Mohamed: Hello, Aisha.

Aisha: How are you, Mr. Mohamed?

Mohamed: I am well, Aisha. Did you hear the good news?

Aisha: No. Good news? What good news?

Mohamed: Gwamnati da kamfanoni za su taimaki mata.

Aisha: Yaya za su taimaki mata?

Mohamed:  Gwamnati za ta buɗe makarantun mata cikin garin Kaduna da wasu ƙauyuka.

Aisha: Makarantun mata?

Mohamed: The government and some companies are going to help young girls.

Aisha: How are they going to help girls? Mohamed: The government is going to open girls' schools in Kaduna City and some villages. Aisha: Girls' schools?

Mohamed: E, makarantu don ƙara ma mata ilimi.

Aisha: Nawa ne kuɗin makarantar?

Mohamed: Makarantun kyauta ne. Sabbin makarantun gwamnati ne. Za’a koya ma

mata karatu da rubutu.

Aisha: Yaya ake iya shiga wannan makarantar?

Mohamed: Yes, schools to increase the level of girls' educations.

Aisha: How much is the school tuition?

Mohamed: The schools are free of charge. They are new government schools. Girls will be taught how to read and write.

Aisha: How can one enroll in this type of school?

Mohamed: Ke da abokanki sai ku je babban ofishin gwamnati kusan kasuwa

babba a rubuta sunayenku.

Aisha: Ana koya ɗinki a makarantun?

Mohamed: E. Za'a koya aikin hannu kamar ɗinki da rini da saƙa, da sana’a.

Aisha: Wallahi ina son ɗinki. Wannan makaranta tana da kyau. Makarantun za su taimaki mata sosai.

Mohamed: You and your friends should go to the government's head office close to  central market to get signed up.

Aisha: Do they teach how to sew in these schools?

Mohamed: Yes, they teach handicrafts, such as sewing, dyeing, weaving, and trade.

Aisha: I really like sewing. This school is good and it will help a lot.

Mohamed: E, mata za su iya samun aiki ko ba su yi dogon karatu ba saboda akwai

     aikin hannu da sana’a. Aisha: To bayan wannan karatu ina iya ci gaba ko shikenan? Mohamed: Sosai Aisha, kina iya ci gaba da makarantar boko har zuwa jami’a. Aisha: Madalla, na ji daɗi sossai saboda ina son karatu amma iyayena ba su da kuɗi. Mohamed: Yanzu za ki je makaranta kyauta. Aisha: Na gode Mohamed, zan je in ba abokaina da iyayena labari. Sai an jima. Mohamed: To Aisha, sai anjima.

Mohamed: Yes, girls will be able to obtain jobs, even without furthering their education. There are handicrafts and trade.

Aisha: Okay, after this study, am I able to continue or that is it?    

Mohamed: Very good, Aisha. You can continue with your studies up to university level.

Aisha: Great, I am very happy because I like to study, but my parents do not have the money.

Mohamed: You can now go to school free of charge.

Aisha: Thank you, Mohamed. Let me go and tell my friends and family about it. See you later.

Mohamed: Okay, Aisha. See you later.
