Bismillah (ko Bismilla, Bismillahi, Bisimillah, Bisimilla, Bisimillahi; suna, f)

• Etymology: From Arabic بِسْمِ اللّٰه ‎(bi-smi llāh, “in the name of God”)

Interjection Bismillah

1. kalma da ake amfani da ita a fara karatu ko sallah ko rubutu da sauransu <> the Arabic phrase used when beginning an Islamic activity like reading, praying, writing, etc.
2. tayi wajen cin abinci ko yin wani abu <> an invitation used when eating or sharing food or beginning something

   Bismillah! Mu ci! <> Let's begin/start, dig in.

3. In the name of Allah! (a Muslim exclamation, an invocation used by Muslims at the beginning of any undertaking, first part of the first verse (Quran 1:1) of the Quran which is often said at the beginning of every Surah) <> Da sũnan Allah
