2. struggling against one's own inclinations, vices, temptations

   SubhanAllah, there is nothing harder than waking up at 04:30 in the morning to do your qiyam or 05:00 to do your fajr, and you went to bed at 11pm let's say, let alone 1 or 2am, and you had this long day, none ending, and everything in the day was exhausting. Now come and tell me, get up at 5AM in the morning. That's jihad. [1]
