He is the One who is absolute truth and unchanging. Truth is valuable, whereas justice means the truth being put into action. Al Haqq acts in accord with the needs of every situation and will judge accordingly. So be truthful in your speech and actions. Seek the truth in every situation and matter, no matter how insignificant. Stand firm on truth even when against yourself and loved ones.

This life is so short and so very fleeting. The akhira (hereafter) is a reality. Jannah (heaven) is a reality. Meeting Him is a reality. Meditate on these truths as much and as frequently as you can. And as you remember and reflect upon these truths, know that the fastest way to connect yourself to them is to practice visualization. There is a reason why there is so much imagery in the Qur'an, meaning God gives us so many details of jannah (heaven), meeting Him, the day of judgment.. etc. These details exist to stimulate our imagination. And we know In psychology that visualization and the use of imagery is actually one of the strongest tools for restructuring the mind and helping a person connect to their goals and ideal state.

So take the time to connect to the realities that God promised us. Do not let them fade away in the back of your mind and heart as you prioritize the promises of everything else but His. The remedy and healing for our hearts lies in connecting to truth, and all truth comes from Al Haqq. It is not a coincidence that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) would say when He gets up for prayer in the middle of the night:
