|On the authority of the Mother of the Faithful, Umm `Abdillaah `Aaishah (radi Allaahu ʻanhaa) , who said: The Messenger of Allaah :said صلى الله عليه وسلمََ

|An ruwaito daga Ummul Muʼuminina Ummu Abdullahi Aishatu Allah ya yarda da ita tace... manzon Allah ya ce:

|“He who [[innovates]] something in this matter of ours [i.e. Islaam] that is not of it will have it rejected [by Allaah]”.

|Wanda ya [[ƙirƙiro]] wani abu daga cikin lamarinmu wanda abin da babu shi cikinsa to a mayar masa

|Whoever performs a deed that is not in accordance with our matter will have it rejected.

|A wata riwayar Muslim: “Wanda ya aikata wani aikin da babu umarninmu a kai to a mayar masa.
