I. [cu/she"]. 1. {v.tr.2d; cu/+so/+ (2e.ii); cu/"su+ (3a.ii)}. Stuff completely as in cusa I q.v. 2. {v.intr.; not in cont.}. (a) Become blocked, e.g. doorway by a crowd, drain by grass, &c. (= toshe.) (b) kasuwa ta/ cushe, there is a slump in the market. II. [cu/+she"] {4d of cushe I}. III. [cu/"she/+]. {n.m.}. Occupation in packing corn, &c., tightly into granary. e.g. yau yina c. (= kimshe; daddaka; kadaddaba; kyau daga wuri.) IV. [cu/"she+] {adv. of state to cusa I; cushe I.2}.
