- Alhamdulillahi rabbil alameen (Allah says: My servant has praised Me.)
- All praise and thanks/gratitude is owed to Allah, the Lord of the worlds/everything. <> Godiya da yabo su tabbata ga Allah, Ubangijin talikai. --Quran/1/2
- Arrahmanirraheem (Allah says: My servant has exalted Me.)
- The most merciful, the especially merciful. <> Mai rahama, mai jin kai. --Quran/1/3
- Maliki yaumiddeen (Allah says: My servant has glorified Me and my servant has submitted to Me.)
- The Owner/King of the day of recompense/judgement. <> Mamallakin ranar sakamako (ranar alkiyama). --Quran/1/4
- Iyyaka na'abudu wa iyyaka nasta'eem (Allah says: This is between Me and My servant, and My servant will have what he has asked for.)
- You alone we worship and You alone we seek the help of. <> Kai kadai muke bautawa kuma a gare ka kadai muke neman taimako. --Quran/1/5
- Ihdinassiratal mustaqeem (Allah says: This is for My servant, and My servant will have what he has asked for.)
- Gift us the gift of guidance upon the straight path <> Ka shiryar da mu ga hanya madaidaiciya. --Quran/1/6
- Siratal lazina an amta alaihim gairil magdoobi alaihim waladdaaalin
- the Path of those You have blessed—not those You are displeased with, or those who are astray. <> hanyar wadanda ka albarkata ba wadanda ka yi fushi da su ba, ko batattu --Quran/1/7
- ALIF LAAAM MEEEM
- ALF (The mysterious letters). <> Harufan da ba a sani ba. --Quran/2/1
- Zalikal kitabu la raiba feehi, hudan lil muttaqeen
- This is The Book without any doubt, a guidance for the believers. <> Wannan Littafin da babu wata shakka a ciki, shiriya ga mumunai masu taƙawa. --Quran/2/2
- Allazina you'minuna bil gaibi wa yuqeemoonassalata wamimma razaqnahum younfiqoon
- Those who believe in the unseen, establish the salah, and give from what has been provided to them. <> Wadanda ke imani da gaibi, da yin salla, da bada zakka/sadaqa daga arzikin da aka samar musu. --Quran/2/3
- Wallazina you'minuna bimaaa ounzila elaika wamaaa ounzila min qablika wabil akhiratihim youqinoon
- And those who believe in what has been sent down to you [O Muhammad SAW], and what has been sent before you [the bible? previous prophets?], and in their innermost have certitude/certainty in the afterlife. <>
- Da wadanda suka yi imani da wahayin da aka sauko maka [Ya Rasulullah SAW], da abinda aka sauko wa mutane kafin ka, kuma suna da yakini a kan lahira. --Quran/2/4
